I feel that everyone should have a computer chair mat. Until I had one I didn’t think anything of it and to be honest had not really heard of them but now that I do I can really feel the difference and I am benefiting from it. I really did think that it would be a waste of money me getting one but the office insisted that for health and safety reasons I should get one and they paid for it so I could not complain and it has been great. I think that everyone else in the office who has also got a chair mat feels the same way as well. I am sure that they will not rave about it as much as me though – I guess I am just the sort of person that gets very enthusiastic about things that work for me and want to tell the world about them.
